Open a Rental Bonds Online account (tenants)

Introduction

NSW Fair Trading’s Rental Bonds Online (RBO) helps tenants, private landlords and property agents pay and refund residential rental bonds, online.

All agents and landlords must be registered with RBO, and they are legally required to invite tenants to use the service. 

To open your RBO account:

• your agent or private landlord will invite you to use the service, by email
• you'll then receive an email from RBO with instructions on how to finish creating your account.
