Introduction

Buy.nsw is an online procurement system used by NSW government agencies to connect buyers with suppliers. 

If you have an eligible business no matter how big or small, you may be able to supply goods and/or services to NSW government agencies.

Supplier categories include:

  • community and social services
  • construction
  • educational supplies
  • engineering, research and technology services
  • fleet management
  • food
  • healthcare services
  • information and communications technology
  • marketing and advertising
  • office supplies and services
  • professional services
  • property management and maintenance
  • recruitment and human resources
  • travel.

Registering and creating a profile with the buy.nsw Supplier Hub will enable NSW government buyers to find you on the supplier list, and allow you to:

  • be matched with opportunities based on your profile
  • apply for contracts and schemes on eTendering.

Eligibility

You must be a registered business with an Australian Business Number (ABN).

What you need

  • company details
  • business name and ABN
  • contact details, including business address
  • company type and size
  • legal disclosures
  • products and services.

How to register

  1. Select the ‘Register online’ button.
  2. Create your account.
  3. Complete your profile.

Note: if you're unable to register online, call 1800 679 289.

More information

  • Your Supplier Hub account and profile are based on the ABN you provide during registration. If you have more than one ABN, the various companies are supported under your single registration/profile.
  • You are not permitted to change the ABN of an active profile.
  • From 1 July 2022 all NSW Government suppliers must be registered with Supplier Hub
