Introduction

If you're an accredited bus tour operator you'll be notified:

  • when your accreditation is due for renewal
  • how much the renewal fee is
  • the documents you need to attach to your renewal application.

Eligibility

You can renew online provided your current accreditation has not expired.

What you need

  • your MyRecords customer number
  • your operator number
  • your postcode
  • your payment method (visa or mastercard only).

How to renew

  1. Select the 'Renew online' button.
  2. Select 'Operator Login'.
  3. Enter the required details, and select 'OK'.
  4. Select the payment list tab from the menu.
  5. Select the 'apply' symbol next to the accreditation you wish to renew.
    Note: If your accreditation has expired the apply symbol will not appear.
  6. Follow the prompts to complete your renewal application and make a payment.

If you're unable to renew online:

  1. Download and complete Application for Renewal of a Bus Operator Accreditation (3 years) – PDF.
  2. Enter your credit card details, or attach your cheque/money order/ EFT receipt.
  3. Lodge your renewal application using the details on the form.

  • To ensure Transport for NSW (TfNSW) records are up to date, always notify them if any of your details change.
  • TfNSW will forward a payment receipt to you within 5 working days.
