Renew the storage/hold period of number plates

Introduction

If you previously reserved a letter/number combination, or you're storing number plates at a Service NSW Centre and you've received a notice that your reservation or storage period is due to expire, you can renew/extend the period online, through myPlates.

What you need

• your email address
• your driver licence number or customer number (if a business)
• your plate number
• your payment.

How to renew

1. Select the 'Renew online' button.
2. Follow the prompts to renew the storage/hold period.

Note: If you're unable to renew online, you can call 13 77 88 or visit a service centre.
