If the equipment provided to you by EnableNSW needs repairing, or you need to re-order consumable products, you can do this online, as long as:

  • you are registered with EnableNSW
  • you've used the service in the last 12 months.

 You can also check the status of your requests online.

What you need

  • your personal details
  • your consumer number (also known as CE Number).

How to order
