If you'd like to search for planning information about a property, you can do this online via the NSW Planning Portal.

The NSW Planning Portal allows you to:

  • lodge development applications (DA) and complying development certificate (CDC) applications with select councils
  • find out information on development proposals which are currently being assessed by the Department of Planning and Environment
  • search planning publications, such as development control plans (DCP) and local environmental plans (LEP)
  • register for alerts when new planning proposals and major projects are lodged.
