Surrender a motor dealer licence

Introduction

If you do not want to keep your motor dealer licence you need to notify NSW Fair Trading.

To surrender a motor dealer licence you need:

• licence details
• the PDF form – 'Notice of Surrender'.

How to surrender a licence

1. Select the 'Download PDF form button.
2. Complete the form and submit it:
   • at a Service NSW Centre or
   • by email using the address on the form.
