Change the details on a motor dealer licence

Introduction

If you have a motor dealer licence and your personal or business information has changed, you can update your details by completing a form.

What you need

You need to complete the PDF form – 'Application for Licence Amendment (name/email/postal address)'.

If your changes are not covered in the form, you'll need to supply the information in writing. Your signed letter should contain:

• your licence number
• a contact number or email address.

How to change

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Download and complete the form.
3. Send the completed form or letter (if applicable) to the email address on the form or visit a Service NSW Centre.
