Surrender a tradesperson certificate

Introduction

If you no longer need your tradesperson certificate due to retirement or moving interstate for instance, you can hand it in at a Service NSW Centre.

What you need

• copy of your tradesperson certificate card
• the PDF form – 'Surrender of Licence/Certificate'.

How to surrender

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Print and complete the form.
3. Visit a service centre and submit your documents.
