Surrender an individual contractor licence

Introduction

If you no longer need your individual contractor licence, you can surrender it at a Service NSW Centre. You need to surrender it if you're no longer doing contractor work in NSW.

How to surrender your licence

1. Check your individual contractor licence number and details at Verify NSW.
2. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
3. Complete the the Application form – Surrender of licence/certificate – PDF.
4. Take your completed application form and your contractor licence card to a Service NSW Centre.
