Maintaining good health and managing your weight contribute to reducing your risk of diseases. You can use this online calculator to find out how many kilojoules you should have daily.

Once you select your sex, weight, age, level of activity, and your 'weight goal' (either maintaining your weight or losing weight), the calculator will tell you the average, and the ideal range of your daily kilojoule intake.

This online tool is not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment, nor for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or children.
