Use the fuel tax credit eligibility tool

You can use the fuel tax eligibility tool to check: 

• if you can claim fuel tax credits on the fuel used by your business, and 
• the current fuel tax credit rates for eligible fuel. 

Eligibility is determined by the fuel usage activities, when the fuel was purchased, and the type of fuel.
