- registering a birth
- applying for a new or replacement birth certificate

NSW Digital Birth Certificate
The NSW Digital Birth Certificate is now available for people aged 16 to 21 who were born in NSW, and who hold a NSW Photo Card or NSW Driver Licence.

Single status certificates

Divorce in Australia is handled through the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. To get proof of a divorce order, you will need details about where and when your divorce was granted and finalised: request a proof of divorce order
