The NSW Domestic Violence website can provide you with a wide range of information about domestic violence if you are at risk or are concerned about another person.

The Women’s Domestic Violence Court Advocacy Service can provide you with information, advocacy and referrals if you or your children have been experiencing domestic and family violence. Call 1800 WDVCAS (1800 938 227).

Domestic and family violence can include, but is not limited to:

  • controlling behaviour
  • physical violence
  • sexual assault
  • emotional abuse
  • stalking
  • technology facilitated abuse
  • financial abuse.

Change your address in one go for your MyServiceNSW Account and your:

  • driver licence and vehicle registrations

If you or your dependent child are in circumstances of domestic violence, you can end your tenancy immediately without being penalised. You will need to give a domestic violence termination notice to the landlord and each co-tenant.
