Service NSW is collecting this information for the purpose of verifying your identity and enabling you to link your MyServiceNSW Account to Liquor and Gaming NSW (the NSW Government agency that manages RSA/RCG competency cards).
This will allow you to access:

your card details within your account when you log in on the Service NSW website

a digital version of your card on the Service NSW mobile app.
To link your account with Liquor and Gaming NSW, we will verify your identity document details against your Liquor and Gaming NSW customer information.
Service NSW will not disclose your personal information to anyone else unless you provide your consent, or we are required or authorised to do so by law.
