If you need to change the address or contact details on your Transport for NSW personal E-Toll Account, you can do this online.

Eligibility

The holder/authorised representative of an E-Toll Account.

What you need

  • your E-Toll Account number and password
  • your new address or contact details.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Enter your account number and password.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select 'Customer details' from the menu on the left.
  5. Enter the changes and submit.
