Change the details on a motor dealer licence

If you have a motor dealer licence and your personal or business information has changed, you can amend your details at a service centre or via the mail.

To make sure that you have all the information and documentation you need to complete this transaction, please visit NSW Fair Trading.

• the PDF form – 'Application for Licence Amendment' (licensee name/email/postal address).

If your changes are not covered in the form, you'll need to supply the information in writing. Your signed letter should contain:

• the licence number
• a contact number or email address.

2. Visit a service centre and submit the information in person, or post your documentation to:
