Change an organisation address (vessel registration or other maritime licences records)

Introduction

If you need to change an organisation's address for maritime related products or services such as a vessel registration or commercial mooring licence, you can update:

• online, when renewing the registration or licence
• in person at a Service  NSW Centre, or
• via email or mail.

What you need

• proof of identity as a company/ organisation representative
• maritime licence or registration details
• a letter of authority on the organisation's letterhead, signed by a director/secretary/president/chairperson of the organisation, authorising you as the organisation's representative
• the PDF form – 'Change of Records – Maritime Products Only' (if updating at a service centre, or via email/mail).

Note: If you hold a vehicle registration, NSW driver licence or combined licence and/or photo card, you need to complete the `Change of Records - Road and Maritime Products' form instead, and visit a service centre. 

How to change

Update the organisation's address when renewing the registration or mooring licence online, or

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Complete the form.
3. Attach your supporting documents.
4. Provide the information:
   • in person at a service centre, or
   • via email or mail using the details on the form.
