Re-order a towing authorisation book

Introduction

If you operate an accident towing tow truck it must have a towing authorisation book.

To re-order a towing authorisation book, you'll need to visit a service centre.

Before you visit

What you need to bring

• A completed re-order form (you'll find one at the back of your current book).
• A current certificate of registration for the tow truck.
• The schedule issued under the tow truck operator licence.

Note: 

• Service centres accept EFTPOS, credit or debit card.
• Not all service centre locations accept cash. View a list of locations where cash is not accepted.

Take your completed re-order form and documents to a service centre.

Book an appointment

Use our online booking system to make an appointment.

Check busy times at a service centre

• Go to Find a Service NSW location
• Search for a location by suburb or postcode.
• Select a location to view the opening hours and busy times graph.
