Introduction
The Sydney Harbour Bridge and Tunnel tolls are charged on the southbound journey.
If the toll was not paid at the time of travel, you may have received an unpaid toll reminder email or toll payment demand. You can pay the unpaid toll online using your credit card or a toll account.
A video matching fee may be charged when you pay the toll. This fee is for camera images used to match your vehicle to a toll trip.
Search for an unpaid toll trip
To search for an unpaid toll trip select the 'Pay online' button and enter:
- your vehicle number plate and
- the state or territory where the vehicle is registered.
Payment by toll account
Your toll will not be paid from your toll account if:
- the account does not have enough funds or
- you provide incorrect details.
If the toll is is not paid, additional fees or penalties may apply.
Get a toll account
To help avoid receiving an unpaid toll reminder or toll payment demand in future, open an E-Toll account or an eMU Pass within 72 hours of your unpaid toll trip. For more information visit Travelling without an account or pass.
What you need
To pay an unpaid toll you need either:
- your number plate and the state or territory where the vehicle is registered, or
- your toll payment demand number if you have it.
How to pay
- Select the 'Pay online' button.
- Enter the vehicle details or the toll payment demand number.
- Select 'Continue'.
- Enter your payment details.
- Follow the steps to complete your payment.
If the toll payment demand you received was not issued by NSW Motorways, refer to the toll payment demand you received from another toll provider for payment options.
