If you're an assistant stock and station agency (livestock only) who holds a property certificate of registration, and you've received a renewal notice in the mail, you can process your renewal online.

Assistant stock and station agents who are subject to a restriction condition on their certificate of registration to carry out livestock-related activities, can renew their certificates.

What you need

  • your licence number
  • your renewal number (as shown on your renewal notice), or your full personal details
  • evidence of professional indemnity insurance in your name, or in the name of your employer.

To make sure that you have all the information and documentation you need to complete this transaction, please visit NSW Fair Trading.

How to renew

  1. Select the 'Renew online' button.
  2. Follow the prompts to complete your renewal.

If you don't wish to renew online, you'll need to visit a service centre.

More information

  • All other certificates of registration are for a period of 4 years and are not renewable.
  • Within the 4 years you must complete your qualifications and progress to a Class 2 licence.
  • If you do not do this, your certificate will lapse and you’ll be unable to work as an assistant agent for 12 months.
  • To look up your licence or registration details, visit Verify.licence.
