Introduction
The restricted certificate allows the holder to carry out livestock-related activities. This certificate was only made available to holders of a stock and station certificate of registration immediately before 23 March 2020 and is no longer being offered.
Renewing your certificate
If you hold a property certificate of registration (Restricted to Livestock only) a renewal notice will be emailed to you 35 days before your certificate expiry date. You can then apply online to renew your certificate of registration (Restricted to Livestock only).
If you do not renew your certificate of registration by the due date or it is not restored you will no longer be authorised to carry out livestock-related activities as an assistant stock and station agent in NSW.

Eligibility
You can renew or restore your certificate if you are an assistant stock and station agent with a certificate of registration restricted to livestock-related activities.
If your certificate has expired you can apply online to restore your licence within 3 months of the certificate expiry date. You will need to pay the restoration fee.
What you need
To apply for renewal online you need:
- your certificate number
- your renewal number (as shown on your renewal notice), or your full personal details
- your fee payment.
How to renew your certificate
- Select the 'Renew online' button.
- Follow the prompts to complete your renewal.
If you cannot renew online visit a Service NSW Centre.
- To pay at a service centre check the payment options available.
- Some service centres do not accept cash payments.
