Replace a property certificate of registration

Introduction

If you hold a property certificate of registration and it has been damaged, lost or stolen, you can apply for a free replacement certificate at a Service NSW Centre or by email.

How to request a replacement certificate

Write a request for a replacement certificate that includes:

• reason for requesting a replacement
• the type of certificate (property certificate of registration)
• your name
• licence number
• your signature.

To submit your written request:

• visit a service centre or
• email propertylicensing@customerservice.nsw.gov.au.
