Renew your surveyor registration

Introduction

If you’re a land or mining surveyor in NSW, your registration must be renewed annually to maintain your licence.

To renew, you'll need to complete the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI) continuing professional development (CPD) training requirements.

Eligibility

To be eligible, you’ll need to:

• hold a current NSW surveyor registration or licence
• have evidence of completion of the CPD training requirements.

What you need

• your licence or registration number
• your renewal number (if you have it)
• a summary report of your CPD documentation
• a credit/debit card to pay the registration fee. 

How to renew

1. Check the eligibility requirements. 
2. Gather your supporting documents.
3. Select the ‘Renew your registration’ button.
4. Select 'Next' on the application screen.
5. Follow the prompts to proceed to payment.
