Replace a private mooring licence

Introduction

If your private mooring licence is lost, damaged or destroyed, you can order a replacement in person at a Service NSW Centre, or by post.

What you need

• the PDF form – 'Application for Replacement Products'
• your proof of identity
• private mooring details (if available)
• your payment.

How to replace

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Complete the form and submit your application in person at a service centre or by post to the details on the form.
