If you’ve lost or forgotten your belongings on public transport in the Greater Sydney area or on a NSW TrainLink service, you can submit a lost property report.

What you need

  • your name and contact details
  • detailed description of the lost article
  • approximate time and date of the loss
  • the service you travelled on.

How to report

  1. Select the 'Report online' button.
  2. Complete the form.
  3. Select 'Submit'.
