Share an Active and Creative Kids voucher

Introduction

Vouchers must only be used for the child named on the voucher to participate in eligible activities. 

If someone else is organising an activity for your child or taking your child to the participating provider, you can share an Active and Creative Kids voucher with them to use if the voucher: 

• has not been used
• is valid and has not expired
• is only used for the child named on the voucher.

Once you've shared the voucher, either you or the person you've shared it with, can use it. The voucher can only be used once.

Vouchers can be used with a participating provider until the expiry date.

Eligibility

You're eligible if to share a voucher if:

• you've applied for and received an Active and Creative Kids voucher
• the voucher has not been used
• the voucher has not expired.

What you need

To share the voucher, you need:

• the Service NSW mobile app
• the email of the person you're sharing the voucher with.

The person you're sharing the voucher with will need:

• a MyServiceNSW Account
• the Service NSW mobile app.

How to share

1. Log in to your Service NSW mobile app.
2. Go to 'Vouchers'.
3. Select the active and creative kids voucher under 'Available'.
4. Select the 'Share' button.
5. Follow the prompts to share the voucher.
6. Let the person know you have shared the voucher with them.

The person you're sharing with:

• will see the voucher in the 'Vouchers' section of their mobile app
• can choose to accept or reject the shared voucher.

You can choose to unshare the voucher if you change your mind.
