Introduction
If you do not want to keep your motor vehicle tradesperson certificate you need to notify NSW Fair Trading.

What you need
To surrender a motor vehicle tradesperson certificate you need:
- licence details
- the PDF form –'Notice of Surrender'.
How to surrender a certificate
- Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
- Complete the form and submit it:
- at a Service NSW Centre, or
- by email using the address on the form.
