Surrender an individual contractor licence

Introduction

If you no longer need your individual contractor licence, you can hand it in at a Service NSW Centre. You need to surrender it if you're no longer doing any contractor work in NSW.

What you need

• copy of your contractor licence card
• completed Surrender of Licence/Certificate.

How to surrender

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Print and complete the form.
3. Visit a service centre and submit your documents.
