How it works
Business Connect support is fully funded by the NSW Government for eligible small businesses and individuals considering starting a new business in NSW. Customers can access up to 8 hours of free support per financial year. You'll simply need to:
- Find an advisor or event. Search for and choose the right advisor or event for you using keywords, location, business topic, date or industry.
- Log in or create your account. You'll be prompted to log in to your existing MyServiceNSW Account or create a new one if it's your first time using Business Connect.
- Submit your booking request or event registration. The advisor you have requested to book will contact you within one business day to arrange a suitable time for your session. If you've registered for an event, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the event details.
