Maclean Service Centre has officially opened its doors to customers, marking the first centre to be rolled out as part of the NSW Government’s $20 million expansion of the one-stop shop in regional and rural areas.
The Service NSW digital store at Deepwater Plaza in Woy Woy has proven popular in the months since its opening, prompting Minister for Finance, Services and Property Victor Dominello to announce its extension.
In June 2017, Service NSW’s regulation was changed to allow us to use more than one supplier to assist with overflow and after hours calls to our telephone service. The change was made to provide taxpayers with better value for money, as previously we were bound to only one supplier.
