COVID-19 restrictions at service centres

  • When visiting a service centre, including to take a driver or rider licence test, you're required to wear a face mask as a condition of entry. You may choose to provide a medical exemption.
  • There is currently a high demand for driver testing and limited availability. For details, visit Driver testing and COVID-19.

Payments may be made by using:

  • Google Pay app.

Cash payments

Cash will not be accepted at the following Service NSW service centres:

  • all Greater Sydney service centres (due to COVID-19 safety measures)

  • Woy Woy Service Centre

  • Engadine Service Centre

  • Roselands Service Centre

  • Mobile Service Centres

When the COVID-19 safety measures allow, cash payments can be received in Australian currency.

Fees and charges

You may need to pay a merchant fee when paying by credit or debit card.
