Book an appointment at a service centre

Introduction

To complete some transactions you may need to:

• visit a service centre
• book an appointment before you visit.

To avoid wait times or delays at the service centre you can book an appointment online.

What you need

• Check the requirements of the licence, permit, certification or service that you need.
• Make sure you download or print and complete any paperwork or forms before your visit.
• If you'll need to show identification, check the Verifying your identity page so you know what to bring with you.
• Gather your documents and make sure to bring them to your appointment.

How to book

• Go to our appointment booking service:
  • select the 'Book an appointment' button, or
  • go to Service NSW OnlineBookings
• Use the drop-down menu to select an appointment type.
  • If your service is not listed, select 'General Appointment' from the list.
• Select 'Next'.
• Use the Service Centre locator tool to find one of our locations.
• Choose a date and time for your appointment.
• Enter your details.

Confirmation

You'll receive confirmation of your booking plus a booking number via email, and SMS (if requested).
