Service centres – latest COVID-19 restrictions

Face masks remain a condition of entry into Service NSW centres. You may choose to provide evidence that supports a medical exemption. Visitors may also have their temperature checked using infrared hand-held thermometers.

If you need to travel to a service centre, you must comply with regional travel restrictions.

Service centres continue to operate at reduced hours with limited staff.

Cash will not be accepted at Greater Sydney service centres and contactless payment is preferred at all stores.

New photocards will be posted

When you apply to get, renew or replace a photocard at a service centre or registry, it will be posted to you at no extra cost, within 10 business days.
