Toll relief programs
Eligible motorists can claim for money spent on tolls:
- $60 weekly toll cap rebate (personal customers only), and
- 40% toll relief rebate (personal customers and sole traders).
Before you claim – link accounts
Before you can claim the 40% rebate or the $60 weekly toll cap, you need to link your toll account to your MyServiceNSW Account
Toll relief – $60 weekly cap
Eligible motorists that spend between $60 and $400 on tolls a week can claim a rebate each quarter.
Personal customers
2024 calendar year
- claim a rebate of up to $340 a week for each tag and licence plate number
- for personal trips in a vehicle registered for private use.
Toll relief – 40% rebate
Eligible motorists can claim a 40% rebate for money spent on tolls in the 2022-23 financial year and 2023-24 financial year.
Personal customers
2022-23 financial year
- claim up to $750 if you spent more than $375 on tolls this year
- claims close 30 June 2024.
2023-24 financial year
- claim up to $802 if you spend more than $402 on tolls this year
- claims close 30 June 2025.

Sole traders
2022-23 financial year
- claim up to $1,500 if you spent more than $375 on tolls this year
- claims close 30 June 2024.
2023-24 financial year
- claim up to $1,605 if you spend more than $402 on tolls this year
- claims close 30 June 2025.
