• Apply for a tobacco licence – individual business owner

  If your business sells tobacco products or non-tobacco smoking products in NSW, your premises must be licensed. 

• Apply for a tobacco licence – corporation, trust, or partnership

  If your business is owned by a corporation, trust, or partnership, you can apply for a retail and/or wholesale licence on this page. Each premises will require its own licence.
