If you've placed an order for a number plate, and you now want to cancel it, you can do this either at a service centre or by calling us on 13 77 88.

If you cancel at a service centre on the same business day as you placed your order (or the next business day if your order was placed out of hours) you'll get a full refund.

What you need

  • your payment invoice if you paid by cash or cheque (you'll need to go to a service centre to get your refund)
  • your invoice number if you paid online through myPlates.
