Change a condition on a company or partnership contractor licence

Introduction

If you hold a company or partnership contractor licence you can visit a Service NSW Centre to ask for your licence to be updated with a change of a condition on your licence.

What you need

You will need to have:

• either:

  • a signed letter requesting the change that includes your name, licence number and contact details 

    OR 

  • the PDF form – 'Company or Partnership Application' with the updated details
• supporting document(s) to confirm the change of condition(s)
• your fee payment.

How to change

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button (if applicable).
2. Print and complete the form (if applicable).
3. Gather all your supporting documents.
4. Submit your application at a service centre.
