Change a condition on a company or partnership contractor licence

Introduction

If you hold a company or partnership contractor licence you can visit a Service NSW Centre to ask for your licence to be updated with a change of a condition on your licence.

Note: If the expiry date of your licence is less than 6 weeks away you need to renew it before you can vary the classes or conditions.

What you need

To change a condition on a company or partnership contractor licence you need to provide:

• the updated details in:

  • a signed letter requesting the change that includes your name, licence number and contact details

    OR

  • the completed PDF form 'Application form – Company or partnership licence'
• supporting document(s) to confirm the change of condition(s).

Payment

When you apply you need to pay a fee.

To pay at a service centre, check the payment options available.

Some service centres do not accept cash payments.

How to change a condition

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button (if applicable).
2. Print and complete the form (if applicable).
3. Gather your supporting documents.
4. Take your letter or completed application form, supporting documents and payment to a service centre.

Note: Your application may take longer to assess if there is missing or incomplete information.
