Change details on a general construction induction card or traffic control training work card

Introduction

If your address or contact details have changed, you can update these cards online:

• general construction induction card (commonly called a 'white card')
• traffic control work training card.

If you've changed your name, you need to complete a SafeWork NSW Change of details application.

What you need

To change your address or contact details online, you need your card number.

To check your card number and details visit Verify NSW.

If you are changing your name on your card you need a certified copy of either an:

• Australian marriage certificate or
• Australian change of name certificate.

How to change your address or contact details

1. Select the 'Change online' button.
2. Select 'Start'.
3. Follow the prompts to update your details.

Change of name

To register a change of name complete a SafeWork NSW Change of details application.

Return your old card

Once your new card arrives, you must return your old card within 7 days.
