Online service maintenance

If you need to change the credit card or debit card information on your Transport for NSW E-Toll Account, you can do this online.

If you need to change direct debit information, you'll need to complete and submit an E-Toll Confirmation/Change of Direct Debit Details form.


You're eligible to change credit or debit card details on an E-Toll Account if you're the account holder or an authorised representative.

What you need

  • your E-Toll account number and password
  • the changed credit card or debit card details.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Enter account number and password.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select 'Account details' from the menu on the left.
  5. Enter the changes and submit.
