Introduction

A qualified supervisor certificate allows you to supervise and carry out the building or trade work shown on your certificate, subject to any specified conditions.

If there is a change to your qualifications that affects the conditions under which your certificate has been issued, you need to change your details. You can do this at a Service NSW Centre.

Note: If the expiry date of your certificate is less than 6 weeks away you need to renew it before you can vary the classes.

To change the conditions on a qualified supervisor certificate you need to provide the following supporting documents with your completed application form:

  • proof of identity
  • one passport size photograph
  • original or certified copies of qualifications or experience to validate the change of condition
  • additional details form(s) as indicated on the application form (if applicable).

Payment

Some service centres do not accept cash payments.
