Introduction

If you're enrolled as a NSW elector, and would like to get an email or text message reminder whenever a local government or state election is coming up, you can register online for the NSW Electoral Reminder Facility.

What you need

  • your current enrolment details (name, date of birth, address), and
  • a valid email address or mobile telephone number.

How to register

  1. Click the 'Register online' button.
  2. Enter your personal details. Use the 'Verify enrolment' button to continue.
  3. Check that your enrolment details are correct.
  4. Enter your mobile telephone number (for text message reminders) or email address (for email reminders), or both.
  5. Check the box if you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Click the 'Subscribe' button to complete your registration.

More information

  • the NSW State Election Reminder Facility will only remind you of state or local government elections for which you're enrolled to vote, and
  • the Facility won't remind you of any federal government elections.
