COVID-19 information

As part of the NSW Government’s economic stimulus package, licence fees have been waived on 1-year new applications and renewals lodged between 15 April 2020 and 14 April 2021. For 3-year applications and renewals, the licence fee is discounted by 1 year.

Introduction

Companies or partnerships that contract, sub-contract and/or advertise to carry out residential building or trade work, need to be licensed. You'll receive a renewal notice for your company contractor licence six weeks before the expiry date. You can then pay for and renew your licence online.
