Introduction
Workers on construction sites must have a SafeWork NSW general construction induction card, known as a white card.
If your white card has been lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed you can order and pay for a replacement online if your details match those on your card.
The replacement card will be sent to your postal address.
Before you start
If your address or contact details have changed do not start your application until you complete the update contact details form.

What you need
You must have already been issued a white card.
Note: If your card contains errors, you need to call 13 10 50.
You need a credit or debit card to pay the replacement fee.
How to apply
- Select the ‘Replace online’ button.
- Follow the prompts to apply for a replacement card.
Keeping your white card current
Your white card will become void and you'll have to retrain if you have not done any construction work for 2 consecutive years or more.
