If you need to replace your vessel's registration certificate, you can do this in person at a service centre, or post your application.

What you'll need

  • your proof of identity
  • your payment
  • the PDF form – 'Application for Maritime Replacement Products'
  • the PDF form – 'Credit Card Authority (Roads and Maritime Services)' (if you're intending to pay by credit card).

How to replace

  1. Download and complete the Application for Maritime Replacement Products – PDF.
  2. Download and complete the Credit Card Authority (Roads and Maritime Services) - PDF (if applicable).
  3. Make sure you have the required documentation and payment.
  4. Visit a service centre and submit your request in person, or post it to:
