If you're the licence holder/nominated person on a business, club or government agency firearms licence, you can update details on the licence via the NSW Police Force Community Portal.

These details include:

  • business/club/government agency address
  • mailing address
  • mobile/phone number
  • safe storage address(es).

To update online you need:

  • a MyServiceNSW Account
  • proof of identity (POI) such as driver licence and birth certificate
    Note: The name on your POI documents must be exactly the same as the name on your MyServiceNSW Account.
  • the firearms licence number.


To apply for, renew or update a firearms licence or permit with the Firearms Registry (NSW Police Force), you'll need to create or log in with a MyServiceNSW Account.

By logging in you consent to sharing your name and email address in your MyServiceNSW Account with the NSW Police Force.
