When we may call you
We may call you during business hours to:
- check details for an application, or
- follow up on an enquiry.
If we call you about a grant, voucher or rebate the call may come from 02 9132 2100.
If you miss the call do not call us back on that number – it cannot receive calls. Always call 13 77 88 to speak with Service NSW.
Your privacy
We take steps to protect your privacy including:
- asking a few questions to check your identity before we talk about personal matters such as the name of the application, type of payment or what you've applied for
- using a private number to call you which means the number shows as 'No caller ID', 'Private number' or 02 9132 2100.
If you're not sure a call is from us
If you receive a call and you're not sure it's coming from us:
- hang up and call us on 13 77 88
- check your emails to see if we have written to you.
