Add or remove a category on an individual property licence

Introduction

If you hold an individual property licence, you can add another category of work if you have the required qualifications and experience. You can also remove a category.

If you no longer need it you can surrender your licence.

What you need

To apply you need:

• your licence number and expiry date
• evidence of required qualifications and experience
• the PDF form – 'Application for Adding or Removing Category'
• your payment.

How to change a category

1. Select the 'Download PDF form' button.
2. Gather the required documents
3. Complete the form and submit your application:
   • at a Service NSW Centre or
   • by email using the details on the form.
