Introduction

If you've received an enforcement order and you're unable to pay by the due date, you can apply to pay in instalments. You can do this online or by visiting a service centre. Alternatively, post your documentation to Revenue NSW.

What you need

If you're an individual:

  • the enforcement order reference number (printed on the enforcement order)
  • your personal and contact details
  • your Centrelink reference number (if applicable)
  • your licence number
  • the vehicle's registration number (if applicable)
  • the amount you're able to pay.

If you're a company:

  • the enforcement order reference number (printed on the enforcement order)
  • company's name, ABN and contact details
  • company's trading status
  • the vehicle's registration number (if applicable)
  • the amount the company is able to pay.

How to apply

  1. Select the 'Apply online' button. 
  2. Enter your details and select 'Login'.

If you don't wish to apply online:

  1. Download and complete either:
  2. Post the completed form to Revenue NSW, PO Box A2571, Sydney South NSW 1235.

More information

  • Failure to finalise an enforcement order may lead to enforcement action – eg. suspension of licence, cancellation of registration, garnishee of your bank account or wages, seizure of your property by the sheriff or an examination notice or summons.
  • A 0.4% card payment fee is automatically applied to all payments made with a credit card.
  • If you can't afford to pay please call 13 77 88 or visit a service centre before the due date on the enforcement order.
  • Call 13 77 88 if you need a copy of your enforcement order.
