You're eligible to change the customer details on an E-Toll Account if you're the account holder or an authorised representative.

What you need
- your business E-Toll account number and password, and
- your business new address or contact details.
How to change
- Click the 'Change online' button.
- Enter account number and password.
- Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select 'Customer details' from the menu on the left.
- Enter the changes and submit.
