What you'll need

  • your business E-Toll account number and password, and
  • your business new address or contact details.

How to change

  1. Click the 'Change online' button.
  2. Enter account number and password.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select 'Customer details' from the menu on the left.
  5. Enter the changes and submit.

Who's eligible?

You're eligible to change the customer details on an E-Toll Account if you're the account holder or an authorised representative.
