If you need to change the address or contact details on your Transport for NSW business E-Toll Account, you can do this online. 


You're eligible to change the customer details on an E-Toll Account if you're the account holder or an authorised representative.

To make sure that you have all the information and documentation you need to complete this transaction, visit myE-Toll

What you need

  • your business E-Toll account number and password
  • your business new address or contact details.

How to change

  1. Select the 'Change online' button.
  2. Enter account number and password.
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
  4. Select 'Customer details' from the menu on the left.
  5. Enter the changes and submit.
