Change the details on a tradesperson certificate

Introduction

If you have a tradesperson certificate and your address or contact details have changed, you can update them online, as long as your current email address or mobile phone number is recorded with NSW Fair Trading.

Note: If you want to change your name, you'll need to visit a Service NSW Centre with a copy of your change of name document, such as a marriage certificate.

What you need

• your name and licence number
• your new address or contact details.

How to change

1. Select the 'Change online' button.
2. Follow the prompts to update your details.

Alternatively, you can complete the Notification of Change of Address form – PDF and submit it by email to the address on the form or by visiting a service centre.
