Introduction
You can update your tradesperson certificate address or contact details online if your current email address or mobile phone number is recorded with Building Commission NSW.

Change of name
To change your name on your certificate take a copy of your change of name document (such as a marriage certificate) to a Service NSW Centre.
What you need
- your name and licence number
- your new address or contact details.
How to change
- Select the 'Change online' button.
- Follow the prompts to update your details.
If you cannot complete the online form:
- download and complete the Notification of Change of Address form – PDF
- submit it by email to the address on the form or by visiting a service centre.
